still working on helping anabelle stay in bed while she’s asleep.

emilymae has been enjoying her new ring sling.  so easy to swing and sway and hold her close.  I love the cozy naps she takes in it.

 

we did some baking and built a fort to get through a
few days of sniffles and snot bubbles.

this day anabelle wanted to wear one of papa’s shirts.

when I was little I used to get to pick one of my parents’
tshirts to wear whenever I wasn’t feeling well.

anabelle wanted me to carry her in our ergo carrier so we decided to make it a taylor swift dance party.  if you are a fan and don’t have her new album yet you need to get it!

oh and if you need a carrier and don’t have an ergo you need to get one of those too!

a couple days after I caught chris drawing on anabelle’s hands she did a little practicing herself.  I thanked him for helping with the ‘draw only on the paper’ rule and told him that I’m coming to him when she decides drawing on her little sister is a good idea!
